1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to clinic owner subscriptions only. Patient appointment booking is entirely free and unrelated to any fees.

2. Current Status

No paid subscriptions or free trials are currently available, and we do not collect any fees from clinic owners or patients. There are therefore currently no amounts eligible for refund.

3. When Subscriptions Launch

Before any paid subscription begins, we will publish on this page the terms for any free trial, renewal, cancellation, and refunds, with a new version number and update date.
