Terms of Use

1. Nature of the Service

Eyadaty is an intermediary platform connecting patients with registered medical clinics, to facilitate finding a clinic and submitting a consultation booking request. Eyadaty is not a healthcare provider, does not provide medical consultations or diagnoses, and bears no responsibility for the quality of medical service provided by any clinic registered with us; that responsibility belongs solely to the clinic and the treating physician.

2. Accounts

• The app can be used as a "guest", without registering any email, to browse and submit booking requests (up to 4 bookings per day).
• Only clinic registration requires securing an account via email and a verification code.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping access to your email confidential.

3. Clinic Registration

Any physician or clinic owner may register their clinic under the following conditions:

• The account owner must be registered with a verified email, not a "guest" account.
• The clinic owner commits to providing accurate and precise information about the clinic's name, specialty, location, and consultation fee. Providing false information or impersonating a medical identity constitutes a serious violation of these Terms, exposes the account to immediate suspension, and may expose its owner to legal liability.
• The maximum number of clinics registered per account is 5.
• Each clinic registration is subject to daily limits to prevent misuse.
• Eyadaty reserves the right to review or suspend any clinic suspected of providing inaccurate information, based on user reports or automated signals.

4. Booking Requests

• Maximum of 4 active bookings per account per operational day (which starts at 2:00 AM Baghdad time).
• Each booking covers one person. To book for more than one family member, a separate request must be sent for each person.
• The actual appointment time is determined by the clinic's secretary or management after receiving the request, and is not an instant guaranteed booking.
• Eyadaty does not guarantee confirmation of any booking request; acceptance or rejection is at the clinic's discretion.

5. Subscriptions and Payment (for Clinic Owners)

• Paid clinic subscriptions are not currently available. No clinic owner is asked to enter a payment method or pay any amount at this time.
• No registered clinic becomes visible to patients until it has been activated.
• When subscriptions launch, we will publish the plans, prices, any free trial, and the renewal and cancellation terms on this page and in the Refund and Cancellation Policy before they take effect, and no amount will be charged without your explicit consent when you subscribe.

6. Prohibited Conduct

All users are prohibited from:

• Providing false information or impersonating a real person or clinic.
• Creating fake accounts or clinics intended to harm or mislead.
• Attempting to access other users' data or breach the system.
• Using contact information provided by patients for any purpose other than processing the booking request; this obligation also applies to clinic owners.

Eyadaty reserves the right to immediately suspend any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice, in cases of clear fraud.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the app — design, logo, code, and content — are the property of Eyadaty and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eyadaty is an intermediary platform only. We are not responsible for:

• The quality or accuracy of medical services provided by any registered clinic.
• Any harm resulting from inaccurate information provided by another user, patient, or clinic.
• Service interruptions due to technical reasons beyond our control.

We strive for the highest degree of accuracy and reliability, but your use of the app is at your own responsibility, within the limits permitted by Iraqi law and applicable laws.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that applicable international laws may grant you depending on your place of residence.

11. Amendments to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the app after any amendment constitutes implicit acceptance of it. The version number and last-updated date appear at the top of this page.
